Delivery Policy: In the case of publications or other products, they will be sent via postal mail to the cardholder's address (unless otherwise specified) within 72 hours. We do not guarantee the time of delivery.
Refund Policy: 2007 conference and workshop fees can be canceled any time until May 1 2007 but a 10% admin / credit card charge will apply. Registrations can be transferred to a colleague without any penalty. Online training sessions are not reimbursable once the access codes have been provided. Regarding products, if you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it to the address above within 30 days of shipment. The product must be accompanied with proof of payment. Newsletters and reports must be returned in their original condition and will not be accepted if damaged or bent. DVDs and VHS tapes must be returned in their original packaging unopened. The buyer will assume all return delivery charges. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning.
NOTE: We cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days after we received your item.
