Starting Tuesday November 7, ForestLeadership will present three teleseminars dealing with carbon management in forestry and featuring three top quality experts. Penny Baalman, manager for forestry and climate change services with
DNV, will discuss regulatory developments associated with carbon
forestry in North America and globally. Stephen Mooney, the VP Sales
and Marketing of Carbon Networks, will discuss how to make emissions
part of a business strategy, by taking emission management out of the
technical field and into the boardroom and looking at emissions as a
potential asset/liability. Laurie Wayburn, co-founder and president of
the Pacific Forest Trust, will discuss challenges and opportunities
with carbon sequestration in managed forests, including a recent
Californian example. These sessions will be held on November 7,
14 and 21, each time at 11 AM EDT. Screencast and iPod archives
available for those who have missed a session. Click here to access the registration form or call us at 1-514-2744344.
